Enduralite™

lightness as premium

Enduralite™ synthetics weigh up to 43% less than any competitive material and provide more than a 60% weight reduction from traditional leather without sacrificing any of the luxury, superior strength, and fire retardancy you require.

Certified by similarity, Enduralite™ is proven in service from 2012. Enduralite is non-corrosive and easy to maintain, thanks to its closed-cell structure which allows for quick and easy stain and ink removal and is inherently anti-microbial. Enduralite is available in a nano-perforated option that allows for air-flow without moisture absorption.

Enduralite™ offers two different product variations: Enduralite™ 1.0 EDA and Enduralite™ EDL. The 1.0 EDA version has a weight of 305 grams per square meter and a 100% woven aramid backing, while the EDL version has a weight of 366 grams per square meter and a 100% knit aramid backing. Both variations provide superior strength and durability, and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Enduralite™ is a sustainable option. For example, on a Boeing 737 Max 8, using Enduralite™ saves each plane in your fleet annually 10,309 gallons of fuel, a savings of approximately $37,628 while also reducing carbon emissions by 91.64 metric tons of CO2. We can provide similar numbers for any variation of aircraft. Add this up across an entire fleet, and you can see how Enduralite™ quickly measures up.
